NIB International Bank, one of the leading private banks in Ethiopia, employed Walia Technologies as an authorized and experienced supplier to BMC Remedy License and BMC Discovery Licenses. Walia Technologies during the implementation of this project successfully delivered the Installation and Configuration of BMC Remedy and Discovery. NIB Bank, among its many technology systems being used to run its Banking and Financial Services, now utilizes BMC Service Desk and IT Asset Management uses BMC Remedy and Discovery. The Bank has benefited from stronger alignment between IT and its business more than before and Improved service delivery along with better management of business through better utilization of resources.
