Walia Technologies PLC has successfully Upgraded the Existing Network Infrastructure (Systems and Network Optimization) for Bahir Dar University 8 Campuses. Bahir Dar University has made an effort as institution in brining better-quality education through a system supported by technologies across the whole campus within the town of Bahir Dar. This System and Network Optimization project also included Fiber Mapping and Cybersecurity strengthening. Walia Technologies setup a District Branch Office in Bahir Dar City to assist the University during the support and warranty period of the Project. The opening of this office has created several job opportunities for the University’s students and the local community. The Branch Office also contains a State-of-the-Art Training Center to aid in the transformation of the city of BahirDar into a tech-hub.
